Protocol Technologies owns, licenses and leases intellectual property to Lightstorm International Pty Ltd. It does this through its marketing subsidiaries set up to cover each country, the first of these are Lightstorm USA Pty. Ltd and Lightstorm Australia Pty. Ltd. both of these are sublicensed to market the products in their respective territories.Lightstorm International Pty. Ltd. has also registered its trademark and is in the process of developing its websites for the groups marketing, the trade mark will be licensed to the subsidiaries on an annual basis in order to fully protect intellectual property and we hope to develop over the coming years

The existing IDS technology has now been substantially enhanced to include Smart Card systems, Payment processing both online and offline using web and Smart cards plus having a Loyalty module that is unique and very effective.

The Protocol Technologies system is accredited in over 30 countries including the USA. This arrangement has been made via partnership with Lightstorm Internationals chosen Clearing House. This facility and partnership allows rapid deployment of the products in these countries making expansion effective and quick.
